Act-Clean has extended its ongoing support of the magnificent and important work of Hospitality Action (HA) by pledging to support this year’s Social Sunday event.
Social Sunday was launched in 2015 by chef HA’s Principal Patron Jason Atherton, when he opened his restaurants on a Sunday and donated all profits from the day’s service to charity.
Today chefs, restaurateurs, hoteliers and foodservice operators from across the sector work together for this annual summer event.
Act-Clean will support Social Sunday 2020 – which is scheduled to take place on 5 July 2020 – and the vital initiatives that help get thousands of people back on their feet in times of difficulty.
Gillian Thomson, Act-clean Commercial Director, says: “We have been providing cleaning services and solutions for back and front of house to many of the hospitality industry’s top quality operators since 2006 and it’s our privilege and pleasure to support those teams in their Social Sunday activities.
