Recruitment
All candidates are interviewed with detailed, tactical questioning to guarantee the utmost quality and security for our clients.
Our resourcing team follow thorough document-checking procedures, beyond those required by the Home Office.
We use ultra-violet to check for hidden watermarks and codes through specialist verification company, Keesing Reference Systems.
The current penalty for employing an illegal worker is up to £20,000, so these are the steps we must take to guarantee this is never an issue for our clients.
Training
Every member of the team is given Act-Clean’s bespoke COSHH and Health and Safety training, which comply with all regulatory standards and industry-leading best practice.
Our team receive regular reviews and additional training when necessary. Everyone benefits from this, as we take our compliance role seriously.
All work tasks performed by Act-Clean adhere to the Health & Safety Executive’s Safe Systems of Work, and our risk assessments were endorsed by Westminster City Council as a Primary Authority Partner.

In parallel, our Site Managers and Supervisors apply their experience and knowledge when leading their on-site teams, as they have progressed from their roles as cleaners and kitchen porters.
